Open letter to Employers & Business Owners

First of all; I would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to all my readers, followers and fans. I start this week’s blog by asking this question. Are you a business owner, do you employ anyone to work for you? Are any of those employees on the Autism Spectrum? If so, are you finding it hard to understand or realise their true talents or there different ways or working. Well, you may be able to find some answers to these questions in a new scheme, which I will be rolling out from the 1st January 2018. As people know, Autism is covered in many ways.

 

But one section that it never gets covered a lot in, is in the workplace. And more importantly, how employers can offer support and help to their employees who are on the Autism Spectrum. My scheme is this; as of January 2018, if you are an employer or company owner; you will be able to send me an e-mail, messages on Facebook, Twitter, etc; and you can get free advice on how to best help and support someone in your workplace who is on the Autism Spectrum.
